2013 356rl tv antena booster

We are on our first trip out with 2013 356rl 5th wheel . we are in a park without cable , so I raised tv antenna ,did the channel search on tv no signal message . think I found the booster switch in bedroom has a push button , I have tried channel search with button in and out no luck . Does the indicator light supposed to stay on when button is pushed in ? the switch panel I have has a port satellite on top and tv below ,push button in between .it is raining at the moment and the wife wants to watch tv . Thank you for any help !

Yes the indicator light on the booster switch should stay on indicating it is on and has power. Did you try rotating the antenna to the direction to where the TV signals originate?

My latest television in our bedroom has a quirky little trait of going to a channel with “no signal detected” after it does a scan. I have to actually change channels to go to the ones found during the scan. Maybe yours is doing this too.

Thank you for the quick response Oakman .
my indicator light will only flash real quick as I am pushing the button to the in position , it does not stay on . bedroom and living room tv do the same thing .The booster in my class A motor home I used to have stayed on so I thought this one should to . Went out and checked antena direction on other rvs .

Our booster light stays on. Only booster is in the bedroom.
