2015 355re ac issues

Anyone having AC ISSUES with main cabin AC not keeping up on hot.90° days? We have dual ACs and cant get inside temps in main cabin below 81. We have redirected air from ducts to directly out.of unit thinking ducts were super heated and nogo. Both units are set to lowest setting. Thanks

Hi - yes our main cabin does not cool as well as the bedroom... But we were kinda thinking it was because there are so many windows on the 355re. In the evenings it does finally catch up and we are more than comfy at night.
We were not sure what the purpose of all the little vents even were?!? Nothing comes out of ours - Owell I feel like we will never figure this thing out

We've had our rear unit replaced twice. I also wonder what those vents toward the rear are for.

We usually let the air blow direct from the unit down. Then use the ceiling fax to redirect. The multi port vents restrict the airflow too much. The only unfortunate of air direct from the unit is it's kinda loud. We don't have problem cooling.

Make sure your bedroom vent from air is directed away from thermostat. Depending on how many slides you have it will take a lot more to cool your unit down. I also installed a real thermometer next to the thermostat to check what the temp really is. About 5 degrees difference higher on wall Thermostat. Later RJD

Yep, I have had that problem. My rear was not cooling. If you pull the cover off the top os the A/C, the larger line (suction) should be cold and sweating. Mine was not and the amp draw was not where it should have been. Changed out unit under warranty.

I got better temps, but not what I was expecting. I have had to put some sun shades up to keep the direct sun off the left side. That helped out the most. The radiant heat is the killer.
