Where can I find a tool to loosen screws that have the TV fastened to the Wall bracket. there is no release and is fastened so tight that two of us cannot lift the TV off the wall bracket, help, any ideas are appreciated or a number to call, thank you
Not sure if you figured it out yet. I just manhandled it a little and pushed up until it came up out of the slots. It was a pain to get to the hdmi ports on the back of the tv.
Thanks Maduro, my son and I did exactly that and finally got it off the wall thought we were going to have to cut it off. Ridiculous . Putting a different bracket on.
