I'm sure you will have good service also. Hopefully your trailer won't have to go to far to the dealer. All the best

The kitchen slide was adjusted and it works great now. But now I have another problem, but yo the hydraulic front landing gear. When the unit is set up with all slides out after a day the cylinder supporting the 4 slide side retracts two inches than holds. The dealer I went to said they spoke to Lippert and this is normal. Thoughts?

Hi again lugnut here
I'm a heavy duty mechanic in Alberta Canada I work with hydraulics every day.
The hydraulic cylinder could be bypassing or the manifold that houses the one way check valve could be by passing.
There is a problem in your hydraulic system.who ever told you that is normal is very wrong

ALERT FOR 355RE owners: if the right-side door (drivers side) on the bar/cabinet separating the kitchen from the RE comes open during travel it will catch on the kitchen slide-out. This will in turn rip the door off it hinges and cause the kitchen slide to come out of adjustment. At least it will if you are a newbie and not finely tuned to the sound of a slide under stress! Strap these doors shut.
