35ROC key fob remote and LP gas quick connect

We took delivery a couple weeks ago of a 2016 35ROK. We love it. After the horror stories I've read I was a little concerned, but everything works and the coach looks great.
I have two questions though. One is we have a key fob remote that only has an up and down arrow on it. I can't figure out what it does and I can't find anything in any of the manuals regarding what it does or what it's for. I've pushed the buttons inside and outside the coach, but nothing happens. Anyone know what this is for?

Second, I hooked up the bumper grill for the first time today and tried to light it, but it seems like I'm not getting any gas to the grill. I did connect quick connect LP gas connection and I think it was connected properly. Is there another valve I have to open? I do have propane to the furnace, hot water heater and stove. Those work just fine. So I have propane in the system and all other LP appliances work. Any thoughts?

The remote is for your TV lift in your outdoor kitchen, raise and lowers it. On the grill there is s valve just behind where you connect the propane, it's easy to miss. Congrats on your new one unit. We have its big brother the 360 PDEK, same unit except we have s rear deck on the back of ours.

Thanks for the quick reply. I Tried the remote on the outdoor TV, but I'll try it again. I'll look for the valve. Thanks again.

I figured out the valve on the quick connect gas connection, but the remote on the drop down TV doesn't seem to work. Not a big deal. I can use the switch on the wall

Yes there is a small LED light that does light up when a button is pressed. Thanks for the help.
