365 saq leaf springs bent

My 365 saq is 2yrs old and out of warranty. I contacted forest river because the I beam where the spring hangers at attached are bent in one contact spot. I sent pictures to lippert and they requested spring pictures and axle pictures. I looked at the kitchen side springs and they are flat. The axles have a nice normal bow up. I have the 6k axles. Wonder if this is because of fr putting on to small of axles. Any suggestions???

If I'm following what you are saying, the axle size shouldn't matter. Can you post pics here for us?
