This post is taking on a life of its own.
However, on another note back to the dealer this week for the punch list. Both ac units have bent fan shafts and are shaking the rv down through the walls and floor, and the roof is having some weird rust staining coming up through the impervious rubber roof this looks concerning to me since it looks like there is a water or dampness issue under the roof. By the way it was built in November and we haven't used it once yet so i can't imagine where the water or moisture is coming from. Also right were the rust marks are are above the bathroom and the ceiling is now sagging and the ac vent hits the top of the door which it didn't do a month ago, add in the slide issues and non latching doors and we shall see.

Short Bed Dually
Well I stand corrected, so I shall rephrase, they are extremely uncommon and thus would not be intended change for a short bed dually

But the 6.0 cured me quickly of that

A good friend of mine told me the best joke about driving a Dodge. I use it whenever I can.
Driving a Dodge is like making out with and ugly girl it's not bad when your alone doing it you just don't want anyone you know to see you doing it.

Wow it's not as funny when you have to clean it up for public viewing but use your imagination.

Mark, sorry to hear about your issues. I hope it comes to a quick fix as warmer weather is just around the corner and I want you to experience how great these rigs are! As for mine after the axle swap, I have been having problem getting the trailer to stop. The OEM axles had 'Never Adjust' brakes, the new ones do not. So today I jacked up the rig to adjust them manually. I was shocked. Realistically I only had one brake stopping the unit and it was the right front! The others were drastically out of adjustment,. Now all is good. Can't wait for the camping trip this weekend to try them out!
Marc, let us know the outcome and good luck!

Just brought our rig to the scales. 07 2500 megacab 6.7 cummins with air bags. 2013 365saq total weight 21,600 rear axle weight of 5420 and front axle weight of 4860. The trailer axles were 11,320, this is a little close to the 6000 lb axles then I like. This was with 50 gallons of water onboard . we usually do not carry water

Hey Golf and others.

I read through the entire thread again and have not found the total outcome of some of these issues. I do understand some are not resolved yet.

Golf did they infact send you a new weight sticker? If so can you post a photo? I don't have a 365 but I do have a Crusader 355BHQ and it's about the same layout as the 365 and my sticker is wrong as well and I am in the process fo trying to get a resolution.

My trailer is rated at 6k axles but they are 8 lug so I know that at least the axles are 7k but I can not confirm the springs or hangers. I am suposed to have 2043lbs of cargo but I only have 1300lbs, and that is from empty.

I have 3 kids and my wife and I, so I know we will be over that just with our "stuff" and that will not include water. Alot of CG's in Colorado are "Dry" so you need to bring water.

This is quite frustrating because if you are in an injury accident insurance will defenetly deny your claim if infact you are over weight even by 10lbs.

This is really just sad. I can not belive that FR is letting these things roll out of the plant with these numbers.

They may have handled the situation but have created a much bigger one by letting the unknowing people to find out after the fact and then telling them "Sorry it is out of warranty"

Sorry for the rant in your guy's thread.

Yes, they did send me a new sticker and sorry, I thought I did post it but apparently I must have dreamed I did!

Here they are right after I got them installed. One of my camping buddies ordered a new triple axle toy hauler and when it came in it had 6k stickers for the axles and 3 7k axles under it with the wrong weights. He caught it before he left the dealer and the dealer called FR right then. Still took him over 3 weeks to get a resolution with the appropriate stickers.
Crawl under your camper and look at the axles somewhere around the center, it should have it stamped on them what weight they are and the diameter of the tube. I would take a pic of that to start with and then go from there.
There have been several that have contacted myself, or a couple of others that have posted in this thread, about their axles and weights as well. I still do not understand how they think a rig of this length can operate safely on 6k axles. Most all other units I look at, and I look at every dealership around me, I see 7k axles under most every rig over 36-38 feet and these are over 40! Drives me nuts!!!!
