371REBH Bedroom closet doors
Brand spanking new 371rebh. Towed it home yesterday and noticed that both closet doors had come out of the orange clips at the bottom and were swinging freely. Is there a latch or something I'm missing to secure them? The wife and I love the new rig! Thanks in advance.

My wife sent me a text this week saying one of ours was out of the clip as well. I have been out of town so haven been able to look at it yet. They probably weren't in the clips to begin with.

I just pulled the door out toward the bed slightly and pushed down on the clip a little and it went back in. Was carrying some clothes in when I thought about it and didn't have a screw driver handy.

If you look in the upper track all that stops the doors from rolling past the bottom stoppers is a screw that isn't sunk all the way.
Make sure the screw is at the right place and is preventing the doors from going past halfway...

Exact same problem
Just purchased our 371 rebh 2 weeks ago. 1st thing we noticed was the same issue you're dealing with, the closet doors coming out of the bottom plastic rails. Apparently it's a design flaw. I'm notifying the manufacturer for help, before I attempt to modify it myself.
I'm thinking the problem would be solved with sturdy, wider bottom rails.

I added a window latch to the doors above the fonnie keeper they have put on the doors and that put an end to doors slopping out and falling off the track, it has worked for 4 years so far i have a Sierra 376BHOK.

I had to back out one screws a bit farther. Only had the track issue with the left door. Backing the screw out a little solved the problem.

I just brought my 3017 371 rebh home and had the same problem. I agree it is a design flaw. I went to Lowes and bought some sliding door channel in color of brown. Took their bottom brscket off and added mine. Works great and is solid. I will post a pic as soon as i can.

Closet Doors
The door guides are extremely flimsy, nothing real solid for the screws to screw into. You should have received a pin maybe "U-shaped" that is used to hold the doors closed, if not buy an inexpensive child-lock at Target that will capture both doors to hold them closed while traveling.

Ingalmi we are talking about the guides placed at the bottom of the closet doors not the piece that holds the doors closed together. But thank you for your response. Smile

I did the same fix.
The holders on my closet doors were also problematic. Almost every trip the doors would come out of them. I purchased a similar looking piece from Menards to replace the factory holder. It was sold in a 36" length designed to be used as a "no tools required" door bottom sweep. I cut it in half and put about 6 screws in the back to hold it in place. It was about $12. Haven't road tested it but seems much stronger than the factory holder.
