It was all done through our dealer. We were also in contact with the sandpiper rep. I believe his name is John.

Reversing the door to swing into the room had a "engineering cost". I believe the oversized bunks and the window was the same price as the couch.

We love the layout!

Only thing is the door can't be opened with slide outs in. But definitely nice to have it this way while using the trailer.
Thanks for posting pics denali15, two weeks ago I had just ordered a '16 Sierra 371 and we wanted the bunks instead of a couch. After reading your post and seeing pics I called yesterday and got the same options as you in the bunkhouse. We have a seasonal site and didn't want the couch to have to fold up everyday so the kids can play.
