Yea I dont believe that either, my dealer told me that the shower not being caulked was just someone at the manufacturer missed it, sounds like that guy must be always be asleep on the job!! Maybe you won't have any trouble with your fireplace,

I had the same problem with the shower. I took it all apart and add putty behind the rails and caulked it up good. No more problem there. I also have the problem with the tables slant. I will make some shimes to fix that. I had some window trim pull off from the slide grabbing it. I fixed that too. other than that we love our 376 BHOK.

I am having another problem that I had just thought about. While hooked up to city water my fresh water tank has been filling up over about 2 days and starts draning out of the vent hose. I normally only keep it 1/4 full for less weight. I searched the problem on this site and they are saying that the check in the water pump is failing. Can anyone tell me where the pump is located?

Even tho our Flagstaff didn't leak, when it was brand new, I cleaned off the seam with acetone and applied a 4" wide strip of Eternabond type material to the seam just as insurance.

Gmc4x4. Did u find the water pump? Go in thru the basement (under front master). You will find screws on the interior wall. Remove those and the panel will come out. The pump and invertebrate behind that panel. Good luck. Let us know how it works out with the over flowing fresh water tank.

Ok I spoke too soon, my trailer went to leaking in the same spot on the roof, where the front cap and the roof meet. Dropped it off at the dealer Monday. The water warpped the top shelf. Also had I few other problems, oven won't light. Does anyone have the led light strip? And have any of the lights stopped working? Mine have, the dealer said everything is under warranty and wont cost me nothing. The only thing I have to change is a tire, is has a bad bubble on side wall. Anyone else having these issues?
