how about a long necked funnel. Like a transmission fluid funnel. (new of course). Don't get the bleach on your clothes

I like the idea of using the pool chlorine. Since we will be using the fresh water tank on a trip soon, I will try that.
Same amount of pool chlorine?

no need to fill the water tank with wine, DW is already topped off when we camp

Camco has a fresh water tank product. Go on Amazon "search" under: Camco Fresh Water and it will pop up.
Works similar to bleach as mentioned. You have to use your pump and drain; refill and again drain, then refill!
We, like others, only use that fresh water for washing, etc. we cook with bottled water when not on full water hook up.

You have to be careful these days because these super germs don't eat sugar, wear helmets, elbow and knee pads, never get dirty, use chlorine proof hand sanitizer, sit in seat covers in shopping carts, don't use the 5 second rule when something drops on the floor, have to eat prepackaged treats at school, and are encapsulated in little chorine proof plastic bubbles. OH, and most important, all of them get a trophy no matter if they live or die. For that reason, we should not drink water from hoses or the fresh water tank. (I still drink from hoses and tank too.)
