Back up camera.

Installing an EBay special. I'm doing wired with a 2 camera setup, one on the back of the RV the other on the Truck. I'm currently running the cable through the ceiling which is a bit of pain doable. I'll try to post some pics once I finish. Meanwhile if you have questions just ask.

Hello! What cameras and monitor are you using?

It's a no name EBay/China unit. I just finished the install this morning. It comes with two 33ft cables. I ordered a 66ft cable extra. The 66ftr I used on the RV and the 2 33fts are on the Truck. The camera in the truck has a nice clear picture, but the RV camera is picking up some interference. The pic is fine just not crystal clear. I suspect it will clear when the camper is not plugged in. As it was fine before I ran the cable. As of now I'm satisfied with it. I didn't expect it to be perfect but seeing as I've got less than 100.00 in it, it'll do fine.

Observation Camera

I'm installing a series 48 wireless observation camera on a 2017 Sandpiper 377flik. Does anyone see a problem with removing the center running light and mounting the camera there instead of mounting below the light and tapping into it for power?

I don't see it being an issue. I mounted just below the light myself and ran the cable through the roof.
