Beginners Checklist

Ok here is the list of stuff I am collecting before my Fifth is due in. How does it look am I missing anything?

If you read this forum long enough you'll find a way to double what you've spent already.

You've got a good handle on it. What do you plan on using to level the 5er (side to side)? I just use 2x8 pressure treated wood planks. They're a lot cheaper than the plastic stacking Legos but they take more storage space and can be heavy when wet.

Thanks forgot all about leveling and chicks do you need the tripod for the pin box I think it is to stabilize?

Sorry, I can't help you with the tripod. I've never owned a fifth wheel. Everything else on your list is common to travel trailers.

Rather than lego blocks or wood, would suggest a pair of Anderson Levelers and some type of JT Strongarms instead of a tripod.

If I read this right you are planning on buying a power cord going from trailer to campground electric,this should come with the camper.
