Uhhh...should be able to use... sockets, screw gun, impact driver, drill with a nut driver, a normal nut driver like mentioned...
Unless you have something different than all the "self-tapping" or "self-drilling" screws I've always seen.

Black tank valve

Not sure what your rig may have but mine has hex head bolts that run the length on the street side and they also secure the LP line clamps along the way. The curbside is as you described but I didn't remove those. Also had to cut out an area around the main drain line exit point to allow clearance to drop the underlayment down, if you are careful and use a blade knife (razor-blade) you'll be able to get access and reinstall the piece you cut out by using black "Gorilla Tape". Best tape on the market in my opinion. Good luck!
