Changing the shower??

The only thing we really dislike about our 2010 'Piper 345RET is the shower. We were spoiled by our little Flagstaff which had a small tube with a seat. Also, I don't like the way the walls do not seal down at the bottom where they meet the shower pan. I'm starting to research the possibilities of changing out the current shower for one that has a seat, or at least a step in it. I doubt I'll not be able to find a tub with the same foot as the corner shower. I did find one similar to what we are looking for in a 2009 Quantum FW and I'm sure there are others. Has anyone ever changed out your entire shower? It will be a major project, but I'd be up for the challenge if I can find the right shower kit. Anyone have a lead on one of the surplus guys in RV country/Indiana where I might could source a kit?

To save yourself a lot of time and $$, just caulk the shower wall where they meet the floor pan. Get a small folding plastic stool to sit on. Most drug stores have a "medical equipment dept". Check there for a shower/bathtub stool. My motherinlaw uses one.
