Nitecat, Yea it has the white too that are all LED's. Don't know the purpose for the bathroom and shower, maybe night lights. The blue lights in the outdoor kitchen are cool because we have the blue LED's on the golf cart.

Blue lights only in outdoor kitchen won't attract any bugs, but they love the white led lights....

Were you able to get some pictures of the built in lights?

I have the 365 saq 2013 and added the dometic led strip lights with remote. It turned out very nice. Besides adding a keyless entry it's my second favorite mod that I did to the 5er!!!!

Keyless entry would be nice. Did you add that after you got the camper?

Yes added after I bought it. It's called rv lock keyless. It's made by dometic or lippert. It's battery operated. Had it since feb and its awesome. No more looking for keys

RV Lock Keyless Door Handle on Campingworld.com is $269.99. The two reviews are mixed about it mainly because of the installing part. Did you install yours yourself and did you have any trouble?

That is the one. I got mine in black. There is also a keypad that come with it and keys. My wife and myself installed it and it was easy. We then programmed the key fob, key pad and door handle. It took 15 min to install. It fit very well. You have to wiggle it in the OEM slot. The hardest part was programming it. My camping bury got one and he loves it to

Iknow this is an old thread, but does anyone know what the blue LED lights over the shower are for? I've searched all over FROG and this is the only thread that even mentions blue LED lights.

Chris, I really think they are just for "mood" lighting. They are the only lights in the shower itself, so they give a little light that isn't so glaring. The regular lights outside the shower are plenty bright though.

Nitecat, thanks for the response. I didn't know if they were possibly some kind of an infared heating LED's or what. Maybe it's just me, but I think its overkill to put a little blue light in the shower with a seperate switch for minimal lighting. My wife seems to think it's a night light. I agree that the regular lights in the bathroom are plenty bright.

BTW, we've been happy with our Forest River unit so far. I've had fleetwood & KZ unit's before this one and this is by far our favorite.

Chris, they are definitely not infrared heating lights. I never thought about using them as a night light, but they would sure work for that too. We love our Sandpiper 376BHOK. I sleep in the lower bunk in the bunk room and like that it's a bigger size than most bunks. I also love the little half bath so close by. I did order a foam mattress, plus added some memory foam on top to make my bed more comfy. I do wish we had the bigger fridge that they are putting in them now, plus the recliners in the party couch, but those things aren't enough to make us trade yet.

Nitecat, I have the big whirlpool fridge and we love it. We especially love the ice maker. We are still getting acquainted with our unit and there are many features we have yet to learn. I think I was told that when Forest River upgraded the refrigerator they also added the Dirt Devil central vacuum system.

My unit has an inverter button on the wall right as you walk in the door. Would you happen to know if that is to used to power the fridge when you aren't plugged in to power (primitive)? If so, then ours is not working. We purchased ours from Camping World during the Houston RV show and when we went to pick it up they had so many units going out that they had a salesman do our walk-through with us. When I asked him about it he wasn't sure.

Thanks again for the response.

Yes you hit that button when you are not plugged in to shore power, it should illuminate green when it is on

The green light comes on, but it isn't powering our fridge. I'll ask the dealer if there is something else I need to turn on at the fridge or elsewhere. The only time I'd need it is when I'm towing the unit. I've tried it the last couple of times I towed the unit and it didn't cool and the interior lights didn't come on.

My inverter was wired to the microwave instead of the fridge.... Was a simple enough fix in my case.

denali15, I'll have to see if that's the issue with mine. Thanks for the response.

I'm loving my Forest River Sierra 346.
