Considering purchase of a Sandpiper by Forest River 301 BHS: Need Advice

I have a chance to purchase a Sandpiper by Forest River. It is a 2006 301 BHS (30'). Would appreciate information on the quality and performance of one of these units. I am totally unfamiliar with Forest River products. It appears to be in good condition and they are asking $16,000. Is that a fair price? Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Is this a fifth wheel? I just picked up a 2005 sandpiper bunkhouse 5er. Pretty nice.
