Finally - Our new 365SAQ

Well after what seemed a eternity, our new 2014 Sandpiper 365SAQ arrived and is in full swing for the summer. I thought it important to post we have not experienced one single issue since delivery, not one. We purchased with the 7K axles so no issue there. Towing with a Silverado HD2500 was a breeze.

It was rather cold this weekend in southern New Jersey but, the heating system was excellent and performed well. There were zero issues with air flow to any section of the camper. We also enjoyed the electric /gas option for the hot water heater. We used the electric mode to conserve propane and were impressed. We also used our electric fireplace and with the ceiling fan in winter mode the camper stayed really nice and warm. Yes we were inside one day because of the wind and rain.

Again, no issues at all. We really enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to a great summer of camping in our new 365.

Beautiful new home!

You hear so many horror stories here about units that have one warranty issue after another, but like you guys, we have had 2 TT's so far and not one problem with either one that wasn't 'user error'.

That's great. How cold was it? Mine struggles when below 30. I don't have a fireplace though.

Congrats on the new delivery!!! We opted not to get the fireplace, figured we would rather have the storage, and don't really camp in cold climates. You will love the 365saq more each time you use it.

Now I want a fireplace!!!!! Congrats on the purchase. Glad you did your homework. I hope you enjoy yours as much as we do ours! Beautiful rig! When you get a bit, post up some pics of the inside too. I love this floor plan!!

It went down to about 45 deg and handled the temperature with ease. I could not help but notice it was hours before the heating system even kicked in and even after that it did not turn on again for hours so that tells me the insulation R value is delivering.
