thanks for that. Much appreciated. Would I be better off just eterna bonding that corner? or easy fix with Caulk?

Sorry to hear about your issues. I can vouch for Byerly in Eureka though, they have been good to me so far. I did not buy this camper form them but I did buy my first from them. Unfortunately they don't sell FR so I bought elsewhere. I do buy supplies from them and they are very knowledgeable. I do hope they can work on my camper when the time comes.

I used Super Flex Non Sag Sealant from Camping World. I didn't want to have look at the Eternabond so I didn't use it there, however I did run Eternabond across the top seam of the front cap as the dicor was not covering some of the screw heads.

That's good to know! I didn't have an issue from the factory but then ripped the roof on a tree. The dealer that did the replacement SUCKED! I now get water in my cap as well.

They don't have to carry the sandpiper line. The only dealer by me (I went to Oh from Tx. to buy mine) that carries the SP line told me that same crap. I went to a Sierra dealer then another dealer that carried FR but not the SP or the Sierra lines.

well some good news. After we picked up our Sandpiper when we bought it in WV, our sofa developed a hole from the inside out. it was obvious that it wasn't inflicted by DW and I. A new sofa was ordered and delivered to my house today. Now just have to find a friend or two to help me move it.

Me finding friends may be the biggest issue yet

update, Picked up the camper from the repair facility. The issue with the water tank was that the tank was not properly blocked so it could move right to left. Apperently it moved towards the passenger side and pulled the connections. Interesting thing is that we haven't traveled with more than 5 gallons or so in the tank.

Seam on the front cap was leaking on both sides. Apparently Forest River wont cover this as they only warranty the roof seals for 6 months after delivery to the dealership. Since its 9 hours back to the selling dealer, i am out that money. I think its a crock of crap... but it is what it is

Testing it out this weekend for the DW's and I's anniversary.
