He didn't say what it is. This is what it looks like. He took off the clamps that were on it and replaced with the band that you tighten and That didn't work either. Click image for larger version

I've emailed the bills to the dealer. I haven't heard from them yet.

The repairman came back again and he replaced the plastic fittings with brass and it has not leaked since.
