Fresh Water Drain Valve Loction

I just bought a 2008 345QB Sandpiper 5th-wheel and I need to know where the fresh water drain valve is located (it is currently open so when I fill the tank it just drains out of the white drain hose). My previous RV had a cock-value on the drain hose that turned 90 degrees for open/close. On this RV there is a white end-cap on another hose that is right next to the fresh tank drain hose, but I can't get it to turn and it doesn't appear to be the valve for the fresh tank drain hose. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

There is some type of barrier between the actual tank, because the white drain hose only sticks out from the bottom of the RV about 3 inches, and it is surrounded with black sealant foam...so unfortunately I can't follow the hose to the tank.

I guess it could be the overflow valve, but to be honest I didn't know there was an overflow valve for the fresh water tank because on my previous RV the water would just overflow out from the water hose intake on the outside of the RV when the tank got full during the fill process. When I get home from work I will look for another drain valve for the fresh water tank...I just assumed that hose with water running out was the fresh tank drain hose...but maybe not. Thank you and appreciate any other suggestions.

Good idea...if I can't find another drain valve for the fresh water tank when I get home from work I will take some pictures and post them here. Thx again!

Just to close this thread out, I did confirm that the hose I was looking at with water running out was actually an overflow drain that I was not aware of. I also confirmed that the valve next to that hose is actually the fresh water tank drain plug. Thanks again for the help!
