Front stability

I just purchased a 2018 sandpiper 372lok
Does a stabilizer do any good on the 5th wheel pin?
Thanks

I hear both positive and negative about the tripods...

I've been wanting to get one, but I just don't want the extra weight or the hassle of setting it up.

Better to just install JT Strongarms on the landing gear.

X2. Really worked well on our 2013 Sabre 5th wheel!

The tripods are not heavy and take less than a minute to set up but they do take up space....................... but the JT strong arms from what I hear work much better..............

I don't know...

50-80 pounds...more than I want to try to stuff in my basement!

I was offered a tripod for free at a rally recently...

I thought about it...but declined!

We have the 372LOK and have the LevelUp system on it. It does do a great job, but if we are going to be somewhere for more than a couple of days, we also put out our scissor jacks that DH added to ours on the rear under the living area. We purchased four of them in a set on ebay for right at $100. A friend boogered up one of his and we sold him half of our set of 4 for $50 and we kept the other two. It makes a big difference in the movement when there are several in the living area and you are in the master bedroom. It's too much of a hassle for an overnighter, but a God-send for a week or when we do a month of camp hosting.

We had the JT Strongarms on our last fifth wheel and they were fabulous, but I'm not sure they would do much with the automatic leveling system.
