Heater problems

We just took delivery yesterday of our 2016 sandpiper 37rkok. I finally figured out the thermostat which is a dometic 2 zone. I got the heater to come on last night around 10 pm and went to bed. I woke up at 330 am and its 50 degrees inside. The fan will come on but no heat. Any suggestions what I need to check?

Make sure you have propane and the valves are open. Do the cook stove burners light?

Also make sure the thermostat isn't "programmed" to go off during the night.

Also, make sure the vents aren't closed or blocked. Did you get the heat to come back on?

Propane was my first thought. My 381RBOK has an automatic switch over from tank to tank too, you may have only turned on 1 tank. At delivery they didn't teach you how to use the thermostat?

Thank you both. I did have a return blocked and I was out of propane . I was in a hurry and didn't check the levels last night. I love this forum!!! I'm so glad I found it. I'm sure I will have a lot of questions.

Heater problems

Fun town in cleburne, tx. We've only had it since Thursday and the one of the recliners is broken, washing machine has flooded the bedroom and the shower leaks. Are these problems for the dealer or forest river?
