Update: fixed

Problem was that the 'forest River reset breaker' had 'gone bad' (the grey rectangle 1"x2" ish: Shortstop 12v 50amp); this breaker did NOT have the little black reset buttons (and to figure that out one must remove a black metal plate/encasing first) and thus needed to be replaced

The manual over-ride (wherefore one opens the 'valve' and then uses a drill w/ 1/4 hex did not work in this/my situation, but that could have been user error)

It was probably a auto-reset breaker hence no button thatwent bad, if I were you being it is a bear to get to make it auto reset-able again.Sometimes Techs will put in resetable only...
