Unhappy Help w/ HISENSE TV

I am trying to connect my BOSE system to the TV and cannot figure how to access the rear of the TV connection in the rear. I thought the TV would just slide off the mount to the wall but, I am having no luck. It seems rigidly fixed. Is there something I am missing...HELP PLEASE?

If you're using optical connections it is on the left hand side of the TV and shouldn't have to move the TV out.

It is not. It is on the rear f the TV. I wish it were that simple. I can't even reach back there to detach the unit.

Some mounts have a screw on the bottom of each of the TV brackets that has to be loosened to remove the TV .

Why can't you simply look at the owners manual, as it will have a clear diagram of the rear of the tv which will clarify where all connections are located.
