Installed Smart Tiles

I had been wanting to replace the factory backsplash in our 372LOK since we purchased it. We decided to try out the Smart Tiles from www.thesmarttiles.com . We purchased them straight from the website as they were cheaper and had a better selection than our Home Depot did. This past Saturday I had the chance to install them and it turned out better than I had anticipated. The install wasn't that bad at all, after i removed the factory backsplash I added an 1/8" piece of plywood so not to worry with it sticking to the wallpaper and then proceeded to layout the tile sheets. Took a little over an hour to do the whole project and we really like the way it turned out.

We put those in the kitchen, bedroom and bath of our 2004 Georgetown to replace an ugly, faded wallpaper strip. Ours turned out very nice too. Wife likes it so we are both happy.

Same pattern as you chose.

The Lord truly blessed us with these things. Good ole ingenuity... Make a good product and it will sell.

It's been on our list as well. Went to home depot the other day with the intention to do it, but the tile selection was not good. Thanks for the pic and link.

Backsplash

We did this as well and love the results. Ended up going all three sides of the stove area. Lowes had a much better selection. I'm trying to post pics but can't for the life of me remember how. ( I've sleept since then)

Yep, I'd just clean the grease off to ensure adhesion.

Yes you can. We just wiped our walls down and let them dry first (we hadn't used our trailer yet)

Yes you can install it over the wallpaper. I would just make sure you don't have any places where the paper is loose.
