So the panel/screen apps for controlling everything has disappeared. I have tried to reboot/reset many times but nothing comes back. The app for the phone also stopped working stating that the WiFi is now disconnected. I do not know where the router box is located and from what I have read it could be anywhere. I have a 2018 Sandpiper 389RD.
Any help or a point in the right direction would be great.
Right now the awning, slides are out and jacks down it is fully set up. I would be unable to take it back to the dealership if that is what they would suggest.
Did you try taking the face plate off and unplugging the controller? I don't have your model, but on mine, I can take the cover off and remove the whole controller and unplug it.

After talking with Jason at Berryland Campers in Holden LA where I made my purchase he informed me of where the router was located and also that the panel runs on DC from the battery. First thing I checked was the disconnect and bingo while removing a folding table over the weekend I must have hit the switch to off. Thanks Barryland problem solved.
