Master room heating?

Hi,
Just bought our new 2013 365SAQ and love it! I have a question about the heat though. (we live in Canada)

The heat works great in the Bunk house and Main area. The issue seems to be in the master suite and bathroom. The heat register doesn't seem to be blowing any heat!

I'm thinking the ducks are blocked but wanted a second opinion and how to go about fixing this concern.

You might want to close the other ducts down a little and look for kinks in the ducting on the others.

I don't think these registers close. Is there another way to do it? Or do they need to replace the registers with ones that do close? That's what we had to do in ours to get heat to the master bedroom.

If your unit is a 5th wheel Does your unit have a heated basement?
If so close that off and install closeable registers in bunk house and kitchen/living area.
Had the same issue with my sabre.

Yes you need to purchased closeable ones.

We replaced the ones in our living area with the closable ones from Lowes. Just take one with you to make sure you get one the fits.

As a temp/test, cover the other registers with duct tape, and make sure you get airflow to the master bedroom. If not, then you have other problems that need fixing, collapsed duct, disconnected duct, could be a number of things. If there are no problems in the duct work then the problem is, they use one size duct for the whole trailer. The farther away from the furnace you are, the less air flow you have, unlike a house where the duct work is sized down. You will have to limit it somewhere to force it somewhere else.
Could just get a small ceramic heater to supplement.

I installed these on my previous fiver. I closed them when I wanted to direct more heat to the front. We also used a small ceramic heater which worked well in the cold months. Thanks for all your replies, will try all of them. We did figure out how to switch the thermastat to "auto" which stops the airconditioner working at the same time as the heat!!!! So thats great Now to get the heat to flow to the front of the trailer. Thanks again everyone
