New Sandpiper 35ROK

New Sandpiper 35ROK
hi folks, I'm a newbie here, this is my first post. I am new to the fiver world as I have ordered a 35ROK that is due in mid March. I've been pulling a Cougar 32SAB Travel Trailer with an F150. We decided to try a fifth wheel as I've heard so many good things about them. So..... We are trading in the Cougar, or selling it which ever comes first. I also traded in the F150 for a 2013 Ford F350 with the 6.7 Diesel.
I've read a few threads here about the ROK but they were old and people were also waiting on their ROK's to come in, so with that said I'll fire off some questions. If your own a ROK or any Sandpiper, how do you like it? For those who have gone from a TT to a fifth wheel how do you compare the pulling experience? The 350 came with the factory fifth wheel prep package so I bought a BW Companion hitch that just pops in and out of the bed, anyone have one of those? Any tips on hauling a 41' fiver around? It's about 11,900 lbs dry and 15,000 loaded. I'm told the F350 SRW will pull it with ease. I'm curious what the fuel mileage will be pulling one of these with a diesel. The F150 got about 9mpg pulling the Cougar, hoping its better than that!
Anyway, sorry for the long post and I will appreciate any and all advice and comments on your experiences pulling a fiver!

This post is also in the general discussion area, I put it there before I saw the Sandpiper threads. If duplicating a post is a no-no, I apologize.
