Remote Working, Manual Switches not working

A fancy remote that kind of looks like an IPhone came with our new Sandpiper. We have been having for 2 years. The remote will operate the slides, the stabilizing jacks, the awning and light, but the manual switches don't work from the control panel inside or the stabilizing jack switch outside. The only thing that does work on the control panel is the light switches. Is there a fuse box or reset button anywhere? It seems strange that it works remotely but not manually...I would think that it would be the other way around. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Hello Spitre4 - did you ever get this figured out? My control panel stopped working this past weekend. Thanks for any advice you can offer.
