Roof leaks and dicor issues

Has anyone experienced dicor sealant splits and roof leaks within first 6 months of owning? Roof to front cap area on Sandpiper 377FLIK specifically but Forrest River 5th wheels in general.

No leaks but i have noticed they have cut way back on that seam as far as how much they use.

They used to run a constant bead all the way across. Now it seem they hit the bolt heads and use less. I have a few cracks as well but i push them back closed.
Ours sits inside so it dont get much sunlight except when we are using it.
Ive debated on adding some.

Sure, depends on the time from manufacture to you buying it.

Our current rig sat on the lot about 6 months before we bought it. The first time I was up on the roof I noticed several Dicor splits and got them fixed before they became leaks. The roof to front cap is always a problem area.

I inspect our roof at least twice yearly and remove split dicor and replace it, or put on the seam tape that seems to last much longer.
