Sandpiper 3010K

My friends just bought a Sandpiper 2014. They were winterizing and have a question, in the picture the blue hose with the on off valve in the corner. Does anyone know what it is for. Thank you in advance. It didn't seem to turn anything on or off for him.
This was supposed to be a picture of docking station and I can't seem to insert picture.

That is the fresh tank bypass or turnoff, which ever you want to call it. Basically turns off the suction from fresh water tank when you winterized with the pump.

Basically turn it off, turn the hot water bypass off which is the red leaver up top, stick the hose in a gallon of plumbers antifreeze and your good to go.
