Sandpiper vinyl floor cracking

Looking for any tips or tricks on my problem... I have a new (non-current) 2007 291RL. While towing it home the vinyl cracked from the center heating vent to the kitchen cabinets to the bathroom wall leaving a big ugly gap... Being that it is non-current, I have no warranty. Does anyone have any ideas on how to repair this without replacing the whole floor? Also, where would I be able to find out what make and color the vinyl is incase I need to cut in a patch. It is a brownish grey tile pattern.
