Satellite 2 doesn't work

I have a 2012 365 SAQ and can't get Satellite connectivity behind the TV that came with the unit in the living area. The one in bedroom works fine, but sure looks tacky with a coax running down the stairs? I took the plate and outside connection off and there is a grey coax leaving outside and also one on the back of plate behind TV, just can't get connectivity. Factory said sometimes they run it but don't connect it to a plate. Hopefully that's not true! I couldn't find another coax in the wall either. Any ideas?

On my 2012 Puma what FR did is run a coax splitter buried in the ceiling above the swivel tv. As you may know satellite receivers dont like normal splitters. In order to get the signal to both tvs I use a SW44 switch. Also the coax runs must be home runs and not spliced off. In order to test this I used a coax toner and toned out the runs and found when I toned out the sat plugin at the back of the unit all of them lit up thus the splitter. After calling FR directly they confirmed that there was a splitter located in the ceiling. Therefore when I took 2 receivers along, 1 for front swivel tv and 1 for the kids bunk house I was unable to get the sat signal for swivel tv. I have since oredered a 2014 Sierra 365SAQ. When I ordered it I requested that all coax runs going to the service station on side of unit be "home runs" with no splitter of any kind. I also had them wire in ethernet runs to the main tv where I will run my Synology Diskstation with all my videos and such. Then using a WD Live TV or a laptop can stream videos in the master bedroom, kids bunk house, outside tv hookup as well as the main tv in living area (where DiskStation will be located).

Look out in the basement above the basement door. Mine is running there and turns up into the wall there. You may have to go into the basement and take the wall down and look behind it. The splitter may be hidden under there. My guess is that one of the connections was not put on well and has come loose.

Thanks guys. I'll go into the basement door next trip and see what I find!
