Shower leaking into underbelly

First we bought the unit new May 2016, last night I came back to the unit and found the underbelly cover to be falling down upon further inspection it was full of water. After about 10 minutes of studying the underside of the unit and running water I have determined it is the shower, guess it is not fully connected to the grey tankClick image for larger version

ID:	113851 in the picture you can see water running down the side of the tank. Of course over to the dealer this morning! Let's see how long this takes to get repaired

Good luck. Warranty issues have had our unit at a dealer longer than with us this year. Right now it's just below 50/50 but by the time we get it back......... I think we've had 3 trips in it since we got it last Nov.

Thought it was fixed

Thought this was fixed although the wet insulation was not replaced but was promised with all the other warranty issues when the parts come in, last week went to check on the shower floor which suddenly became "spongy" in a spot and found now the shower waste pipe came apart appears the tail pipe is too short, of course it was dumping waste water done into the compartment so the furnace is wet, floor and under the hot water heater.... I put it back together and put some straps in the compartment to hold the pipe up until it can be brought back into the dealership for all the warranty work....

Took ours out last weekend. Guess where it is today........... Although we're trying a new dealer for warranty work. Showed him what had been done at the other dealer and you could tell he couldn't believe what he saw.
