You can take out the fuse and put in a resettable breaker in it's place. Most newer campers come with them and lots of people have retrofit their older ones with them. At Camping World, the 20A is around $4.99 and the 30A is around $5.39 or so. Takes about 10 minutes to install. Then when operating the slide and the breaker trips, wait about 5 seconds and it will reset, and go again. As stated, cold weather has a lot to do with it, and as mentioned, a low battery will pop them continuously.
