Topper Cover For Sandpiper 35ROK

Has anyone installed a topper cover over the curb side slide out? There is very little room between the slide out trim and the awning arm. It doesn't look like the brackets would clear the awning.

We have a 2010 345RET and had the issue on ours. We simply reduced the manufacturer's recommended overhang where the awning arm was very close. We ended up with literally less than an inch clesrance. PM me and I'll shoot you a couple pics of ours.

Our Crusader is the same way

We have to put slide out before awning can be deployed - will not go out the other way or it hits....barely one half of a finger clearance but it works ! No issues if slide is out at all - and who puts awning out without having slides out too ?!?!?!
