Tying into propane tanks 371REBH

Is there any (simple and safe) way to attach a gas grill like a Weber Q to the propane tanks on the 371REBH?

Check out this site. I bought the fittings from calore and a 10' camco hose from amazon. I did need to add a female disconnect to my trailer and extend line to passenger side first.
