Unknown remote

Does anyone know what this remote is expected to operate?
It was in the black owners bag with my manuals.

I have mashed the up button (and down) all around the TV area. I have done the same around the landing gear, entry door way, bathroom and ceiling fan... No action noticed....

The dealer thought the TV too... I thought ceiling fan...

Anyone have one?

I am in a 2015 371REBH...

Have you opened it up to verify it has the battery(s) installed?

Or possibly drained, put fresh batts in and start over.

I did check for battery, it is there, small LED on top is functional as well indicating some type of battery function. I will check battery voltage this morning, if low I will replace and start the process all over again.

A remote to lift/lower the TV is kind of useless, IMO...

Thank you all again.

I found the exact same remote in a Google image search. It was for sale on eBay with it's matching receiver but it's use was generically listed. However, it was specific as what kind of use it was for and that was lifting equipment so I'm thinking the TV lift guess above is the correct one but can't be sure...
