120 V Outlet in Slideout
We have a 2016 Sierra 373REBH. I want to install an electric outlet in the Dinette Slide and in the opposing slide to power a laptop, phone charger, etc.
I don't have an issue installing the outlet, however, my question relates to the type of electric cable I use because it has to flex with the slide out going in and out.
Any advice on a flexible cable to supply this new outlet?

Consider an alternative.
I put one of these in the side of my trailer, next to the power pedestal, or close to it. It could be in a slide, or not.

Inside, I put a regular house electric double receptacle. I wired the two together (although the walls are too thin for these two to be directly across from each other. They have to be offset).
Then I plug an extension cord into the 20a extra receptacle on the power pole. I can now plug any 120v device into that one receptacle and not be using any of my house amps.

There are all kinds of flexible rubber cords that could do the job.
The real issue is how to keep the cord from sagging and getting in trouble when the slide is retracted.

I would install an outlet under the camper and a flush inlet connector plug on the bottom of the slide and manually plug a "jumper" cord between the two when slide is out.

As was mentioned, install an "inlet". I have used one of these:

You could install it on the slide. Then just plug your "device" into it (like plugging into an extension cord) inside the trailer.

The electrical outlets in my slides are fed with SJO/SJWO cable.
I've seen it used in other brands as well.
You'll need to attach it to the swing arm (if equipped) or figure a way for it to follow the slide in and out without snagging.

Thank you all for your advice - some really great ideas.
I'll head out to the storage area this morning to see what's under the slides. If I find the swing arms to hold the cable (SJO/SJWO cable) I'll go with that solution.
