2011 355QBQ Black Water Flush Check Valve Leak

For the second time my black water flush check valve (backflow preventor) is leaking. I had an RV service center fix it the last time, but want to do it myself this time. Problem is, I can't locate the access point to the valve. It is the front black water tank flush check valve that is leaking. According to the service center invoice, they had to remove the CD/DVD player to access.

My question; does anyone have a schematic or know how you access the black water flush check valve on a Sierra 355QBQ.

I am sorry no one has answered this thread. If you have not found it yet, the check valve is located in the bathroom vanity in our Flagstaff 5th Wheel behind the trap.
