I feel pain I just picked my 2012 365saq up from the factory again. I have had ongoing issues with my front cap. Mine has been in Indiana each of the last 2 winters. My last repair was the same as yours. I really hope mine is finally fixed because we love the camper. Forest river has been really good about trying to resolve the problem but if this doesn't fix mine we will be getting rid of it. I showed my wife the new pics of yours and it made her sick. Good luck

I would be calling an attorney and the NTSB to see what they say.
