30IOK Shower Access

Hi there, I had water dripping underneath my shower into the storage compartment on our new fifth wheel. It took me a bit to figure out how to get access to the taps in behind. I discovered that if you take the shelf out in the master bedroom you have complete access to the shower connections from behind. There is also the check valve for the black water flush located in this area. If you have a new unit you may as well tighten all of the water connections in your trailer. Every single one on mine was loose.

Cheers

Thanks for the info. We just bought a 2017 301OK and have lots of issues with it. One issue is the fresh water pump running for about a second intermittently. the dealer replaced the pump one time and we thought it was repaired, but now it it is doing it again. We checked all the fittings under the bathroom and kitchen sink, but didn't know how to get to the ones behind the shower. The pump is obviously losing pressure for some reason. We will check them.

I've found that if all the air is not out of the lines that our water pump will vibrate. Run the water till it stops spraying air through all the faucets and see if that fixes it.

For whatever reason every single tap in our Sierra was loose. I'm almost 100 percent that this is where your issue is at. The kitchen sink is the worst to tighten, access is terrible. Look for water leaks under your sinks and in the access hole behind the shower. This is an easy fix, I wouldn't get worked up over it. What other issues have you had with your 30IOK? I'm just curious.
