Question 366fl front slides leak

We purchased a new 2014 Sierra 366fl last fall and didn't get much camping time in due to it being end of season. We fell in love with the floor plan and had to have it so we traded in our 2009 Sierra!

While camping this year we noticed water in the front pass thru cubby. Then my wife noticed the carpet by the couch was wet. Devastation has set in!

After spending more time at our dealer than camping or so it seems... we have found that both front slides are leaking. Every time it rains and the slides are out both slides leak and the water comes in the cubby-soaking everything- and then it leaks into the living room under the couches and soaks the carpet. Our dealer is at a loss in trying to figure out exactly what is wrong with the slides to make them leak. So we are waiting to hear from Forest River as to what is going to be done.

My question to you all is asking if anyone else out there is having this same issue? And hopefully no one else is going through this, but by chance there is please tell me what the fix is if any. Thanks and Happy Camping!
