a couple of new 355re questions

So I've had the 355re for about two weeks. So far so good but just a few little issues/questions. The spray port on the right(door) side doesn't have pressure. The spray port on the docking station side had so much pressure I have to use a screwdriver to relieve the pressure. I tried that on the right side and there wasn't any pressure at all. Is there a way to turn the right side on? Second question, is that the shower enclosure leaks when you let it spray against the wall to get the water up to temperature. Should I re-caulk this or let a servicing dealer fix this issue? Does the candelabra lights go out often on the fireplace? I have already have one go out with just approximately 5 hours of use. And finally is there a way to make the ignition work better on the stove top? The rear two burners light fine but the only way I can light the front is to use a lighter.

I have had my 355 since march. We have used it once for 4 days. We did not have any problems with it then however we did not try the spray ports. We are leaving next week for 5 days so I will check the things you mentioned and see if the same problems exist. We used our fireplace all 4 days on the first trip with no problems with it or the stove.
