Don't go far the first night, you might have to go back and get something repaired. Good Luck.

Put your smartphone to use & take pictures or video of anything new to you. Dot down good notes and at the end repeat the steps to help refresh your memory.
Above all - have fun!

Check everything out well. If it doesn't look right, point it out. Open every drawer, especially the ones under the dinette(assuming you have the dinette instead of free standing table) as they have a tendency to come open and not slide correctly. Same on both campers, the 355 and the 365. Above all, check the tires! The one that was delivered along with our 365 had 2 bad tires(huge knots where the belts had broken) when it got to the lot. And more importantly, have a great time and congratulations!

Great words of wisdom, Lord knows I would be admiring all the new toys (i.e. remote, hydro jacks, etc that my TT doesnt have) and would forget about the basics. But hey, what guy doesnt like his new toys.....just gotta make sure i remember its still business until i leave the lot.

While you are there, ask someone why these units don't come with 7k axles instead of 6k. When they are all loaded up with all the options and full of gear, they really need 7k axles. If I can buy them for $28 a piece more(each) why can't they give us that as an option?
Have fun!

Just curious but why do you believe it needs 7k axles?

Before I start please do not think of me as the 'weight police' but after reviewing the paperwork and stickers on the camper, here is my 2 part reasoning.
1. If you had 7k axles under neath, you would have 8 lug wheels which would allow you to run 17.5" wheels and tires. That would enable you to run commercial tires with a heavier weight rating.
That would bring us to number 2. Check out the sticker on the side of my 365.
A dry weight of 13035 and then the rest of the sticker.
This is on all of the 3 of the 365s I have seen. Now, starting adding options like mine.
Generator 300 lbs
Extra battery 30
propane 60
2nd air 102
Extra insulation ??
and water at 450 lbs. I know a lot of people don't carry water with them all of the time, but sometimes I do. All of this equals 942 lbs of that 966. And you have yet to put anything else into the camper! Look around. Most of the new Montanas, Cedar Creeks, Cardinals and Big Horns with a similar weight all have at least 7k axles under them if not 8k. That is my reasoning for not buying another until heavier axles are put under them. Just my .02. Happy Camping!

A lot of people on the RV forum make them out of 2" thick walled PVC pipe due to it being very light weight. They buy several T's and a hack saw and make their own.
