Bed frame hitting dresser in bedroom slideout

We have a Sierra 35 RLTS fifth wheeler. When the front bedroom slide is in, the bed frame hits the dresser breaking dresser handles. The slideout appears to be working properly both while operating as well as sealing. After removing bed frame top check hydraulics we noticed that the two sliding plates under the head of the bed do not line up in the out position causing the bed frame to hit the plate and flex the frame. Also, all of the screws holding the frame to the slide plate are either stripped or broken. Is this a frame issue or a slide out issue?

Hello, and welcome to the forums. Regardless of which issue it is, it needs to go to a dealer. Most people don't have the equipment to repair slides, especially if they have to come out of the trailer. Didn't say what year it was, so hope it is under warranty.
