We have 2013 Sierra 365saq with Jensen JE3211 LCD TV. We are unable to get cable reception from campground hook up. Have tried numerous things. Do not have antenna booster that we can find. Any help appreciated.
Have you done a channel scan?
I do not think the booster will work with the cable.

the coax was plugged into the wrong connector on my antenna booster. i hooked the cable to sat/aux and it worked because they were backwards and the sat is just a extension from the outside hook up to the boopster plate.
i had to swap the orange wire to the white wire spot. this photo is before the switch.

Looks like they need to put a 45 degree connector on the black RG-6 cable.

We tried both Satellite and cable hook ups on the outside and it only work on the cable outlet. The dealership told us all we had to do was attach the coax cable to the campground cable and make sure we scanned the cable channels.
make sure the boost button is off ( no light showing) then make sure that you are scanning cable. I speak from experience on this as I have done both of these the wrong way,,,,,,,,

Because he said he couldn't find it not that it didn't have one. The cable has to tee off somewhere for set 2. It may be where it splits he will find the issue. Or if he doesn't have one where the cables hook up to the splitter / wall plate with or without a booster.
And all 10,000 I have seen have boosters. Mine was hidden under a ledge. My last camper it was Hidden in a cabinet .
Some RVs have Magnadyne switch box instead. I don't think this one does from the specs.
Find the coax connection on the back of your TV and follow the wire to the wall. It should be plugged into the booster control plate. Perhaps it's behind the TV? It looks about like this:
If you have a TV in the bedroom it may be with that TV instead, so do the same thing in that room (follow the wire).
Might have to look inside cabinets, behind the TV, or some other location.
Most (but not all) manufacturers use a tiny black button to switch the camper's TV feed from roof to cable.
The Winegard ones look like:

We have a 2013 Sandpiper 365saq. The whole cable/satellite setup and jacks were miss wired. Took me a while but after some hair pulling, opening cover plates and taking off some access panels in the storage I got it up and running. Cable to the bunk room was via satellite output and vise versa throughout. I abandoned the satellite completely and just wired cable to all cable jacks. Feel bad for someone who maybe isn't handy and would have to return to dealer to get sorted. Thank goodness that's the only problem we've had in it in. You may want to try connecting the campground cable to the satellite input in the docking station and try tuning your tv like normal. It could be that simple that they are wired to the wrong input. Start with the living room cause its the shortest run to the docking station. I'm sure they are just reverse wired. I had to methodically go through all the jacks and try tuning. Then swapping the coax behind the plate to figure it all out. Fine now tho. Good luck with it.
