Clicking sound from front hydraulic landing ram

Has anyone had a clicking noise coming from the hydraulic landing ram. Mine just clicks every few minutes like a valve opening our closing. The trailer stays up but I'm concerned that it might be a warning sound. Thanks for any help you can give

Are you sure it is the ram? I have a ping noise that comes from LP tanks. It's the LP regulator that causes the ping noise. I will wait until the fall to replace it.

I had the same noise and thought the same thing. Had the regulator replaced to a different concern but it also took care for the popping/ping noise for that area.

Not sure this helps, but mine make a clicking noise when retracting just as the load is being taken off the landing gear.
