Enclosed Underneath Trailer 32 QBBS

I just picked up my Sierra Select 32QBBS and the underneath which is enclosed is taped up in spots as they made cuts to fit lower hanging stuff by the looks of things(not very well) so I have a lot of patch work to do. Is this common with anyone else that bought a Sierra Select 32 QBBS

It is very common on all brands. Even the high dollar Cardinal, which has a metal underneath, has cuts to accommodate plumbing, and other stuff.
